These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases, orders, deliveries, and pickups from Pork & Fork Preps. By placing an order with Pork & Fork Preps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Pork & Fork Preps reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.

Weekly Ordering Schedule

Pork & Fork Preps operates on a weekly meal preparation schedule.

Our menu opens every Sunday afternoon, allowing customers to browse and select from the available meals of the week, meat by the pound, or a combination of both.

All orders must be placed no later than Thursday at 12:00 PM (noon) for preparation and fulfillment the following Sunday.

Once the ordering window closes, orders are finalized and submitted to our kitchen for preparation.

Orders cannot be modified after the Thursday deadline.

Pickup Policy

Customers who select pickup may collect their meals every Sunday between the following hours:

Customers are responsible for arriving within the designated pickup window.

Meals that are not picked up during the scheduled pickup timeframe may be discarded for food safety reasons.

Pork & Fork Preps is not responsible for meals that are not picked up within the pickup window, and no refunds or replacements will be issued for missed pickups.

Delivery Policy

Customers may select home delivery when placing their order.

Deliveries are made every Sunday between:

Delivery Window
Sunday 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Delivery windows are estimates and may vary based on traffic conditions, weather, and order volume.

Customers who provide a phone number may receive a text message notification when their order is on the way.

Standard messaging rates may apply depending on the customer's mobile carrier.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their meals can be safely delivered and properly received.

If a customer will not be home during delivery, they must provide one of the following:

A cooler or ice chest left outside
Garage access code
Instructions for placing meals inside a refrigerator
Clear delivery instructions in the order notes

If no instructions are provided and no one is available at the delivery address, meals may be left at the door.

Once the meals are delivered to the provided address and left at the designated location, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Pork & Fork Preps is not responsible for meals that are:

Left unattended
Stolen after delivery
Damaged after delivery
Affected by weather conditions
Exposed to animals
Spoiled due to delayed refrigeration

Customers are responsible for refrigerating meals promptly upon delivery.

Food Safety and Storage

All Pork & Fork Preps meals are prepared fresh and must be refrigerated promptly.

Customers should refrigerate meals within one hour of pickup or delivery.

Failure to properly refrigerate meals may result in food spoilage or foodborne illness.

Pork & Fork Preps is not responsible for food safety issues resulting from:

Improper storage
Delayed refrigeration
Improper reheating
Consumption beyond recommended storage time

Unless otherwise specified, meals should generally be consumed within 3 to 5 days when stored under proper refrigeration conditions.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Meals are prepared in a kitchen that may handle ingredients including but not limited to:

Dairy
Gluten
Eggs
Soy
Nuts
Shellfish

While ingredient information is provided when possible, Pork & Fork Preps cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen environment.

Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions consume meals at their own risk.

No Cancellation and Limited Refund Policy

Because meals are prepared specifically based on weekly customer orders, Pork & Fork Preps maintains a strict no cancellation policy once the ordering window closes.

Orders cannot be canceled after Thursday at 12:00 PM.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Forgotten orders
Missed pickup times
Failure to retrieve delivered meals
Customer scheduling conflicts
Personal preference regarding taste or ingredients

Refunds may only be considered in limited circumstances such as:

Incorrect order fulfillment
Missing items verified by Pork & Fork Preps

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

After this timeframe, all sales are considered final.

Chargeback and Payment Dispute Policy

By placing an order with Pork & Fork Preps, customers agree to contact the business directly to resolve any order concerns before initiating a credit card dispute or chargeback.

Because meals are prepared specifically based on customer orders, chargebacks filed after successful delivery or available pickup may be considered invalid.

If a chargeback is filed without first attempting to resolve the issue with Pork & Fork Preps, the business reserves the right to provide documentation to the payment processor including:

Order confirmation records
Delivery confirmation records
Pickup availability records
Customer communication records

Customers who file unjustified chargebacks may be restricted from placing future orders.

Delivery Dispute Protection

To protect both customers and the business, Pork & Fork Preps may maintain delivery confirmation records that include:

Delivery logs
Driver confirmation
Timestamped records
Photographic delivery confirmation
Text message notifications

If a delivery dispute occurs, Pork & Fork Preps reserves the right to review and rely upon this documentation.

If delivery records show the order was delivered to the address provided by the customer, Pork & Fork Preps is not responsible for lost or stolen meals.

Assumption of Risk

By purchasing meals from Pork & Fork Preps, customers acknowledge that prepared foods must be handled, stored, and consumed properly.

Customers assume responsibility for the handling, storage, reheating, and consumption of meals once they are picked up or delivered.

Pork & Fork Preps shall not be held liable for illness, damages, or losses resulting from improper storage, delayed refrigeration, cross-contamination, or consumption beyond recommended storage times.

Food Liability Limitation

All meals prepared by Pork & Fork Preps are produced in accordance with applicable food safety guidelines and proper food handling practices.

However, once meals are picked up or delivered, Pork & Fork Preps has no control over how the food is stored, transported, reheated, or consumed.

Pork & Fork Preps shall not be held liable for any illness, allergic reaction, injury, or damages that may arise from:

Improper storage of meals
Failure to refrigerate meals promptly
Improper reheating methods
Consumption beyond recommended storage times
Undisclosed customer allergies
Cross contamination occurring outside our kitchen

Customers acknowledge that prepared food products carry inherent risks and agree that Pork & Fork Preps cannot be held responsible for food-related issues occurring after meals leave our possession.

Limitation of Liability

Pork & Fork Preps shall not be held liable for:

Meals not picked up during the pickup window
Meals left unattended after delivery
Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
Food spoilage resulting from improper storage
Theft, damage, or loss occurring after delivery

The maximum liability of Pork & Fork Preps is limited to the purchase price of the meals ordered.

Customer Acknowledgment

By placing an order with Pork & Fork Preps, customers acknowledge and agree that they understand the following:

The weekly ordering deadline is Thursday at 12:00 PM
Pickup is available Sunday from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Delivery occurs Sunday between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM

Customers acknowledge that they are responsible for retrieving meals during the pickup window or ensuring that delivery instructions allow meals to be safely delivered and promptly refrigerated.

Failure to retrieve meals or properly receive deliveries does not qualify for refunds or replacements.

Changes to Services

Pork & Fork Preps reserves the right to modify menus, pricing, delivery areas, pickup locations, or services at any time without prior notice.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Pork & Fork Preps, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
